1. What is delivered
Business Domain Connect, operated by Connect Orbit Technologies (also known as Connectorbit Technologies), F 2, Bee Kay Homes, Plot No 6, 1st Floor, NV Rajan Street, Madipakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600091, India, sells online training only: video sessions, downloadable learning materials, an online assessment and a digital certificate. No physical goods are shipped, and there are no shipping charges.
2. When you get access
- Paid online on the website: the domain unlocks on your account immediately after the payment is confirmed, normally within a few seconds and at most within 2 hours.
- Paid through a payment link or invoice: access is unlocked within 24 hours of the payment reaching us, usually much sooner.
- A payment receipt is emailed to the address you used at checkout, and the payment appears on your profile page.
3. How to use it
Sign in at businessdomainconnect.com with the same account you paid from. The unlocked sessions play in the website, and the materials download from the same page. Sessions still in production are added to your account automatically as they are released.
4. Certificates
Certificates are digital. When you pass the assessment and complete the scenario analysis, your certificate is issued as a PDF in your account, usually within 7 working days, and can be verified online at any time.
5. If access doesn't appear
Refresh the page and sign out and back in. If the domain is still locked 2 hours after a successful payment, email businessdomainlab2026@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 63096 31881 with your Payment ID and we will fix it the same working day. If we cannot deliver, you are refunded in full (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy).
6. Corporate and live training
Live, onsite or team sessions are delivered on the dates and at the places agreed in writing for each engagement.
