Common questions
How does BDC certification work?
Three steps. Watch every session in a domain track, pass the online proctored domain assessment, then submit a real-world scenario analysis. Pass all three and you receive that domain's certificate.
Is the assessment proctored?
Yes. The assessment runs online with your webcam on. Copying, switching tabs and looking answers up from the web or from AI tools are not allowed — the certificate is meant to mean something to a hiring manager.
Does one enrolment cover every domain?
No. Each domain is enrolled for and certified separately. One enrolment unlocks that domain's videos, materials, assessment and certificate.
What does a certification cost?
It depends on the domain. Retail is ₹3,499, Healthcare — Provider is ₹3,999, Insurance is ₹3,999, Banking is ₹3,999, Finance is ₹3,499, Government is ₹2,999, Logistics is ₹2,999 — all including GST, with dollar prices for learners outside India. One payment covers that domain for life: every session, every download, the assessment and the certificate. Two domains together are ₹9,999 and all seven are ₹19,999 for twelve months.
How do I pay?

What if I fail the assessment?
The first retake is free. A second retake is ₹499. Certificates are re-issued free of charge whenever you need another copy.
Do I need to finish the whole track before the assessment?
Yes — the assessment draws on all nine layers, including the real-world scenario session, so it is not something you can sit after the overview alone.
